At MY K-Hair, we take pride in our product quality and ensure all items are thoroughly checked before shipment.
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999, we provide a full refund or replacement if the product you received is:

Defective or damaged upon receipt;

Significantly different from the description; or

The incorrect item (wrong size/color/type).
In such events, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will reimburse the return shipping costs and ship a replacement to you free of charge. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
2. Change of Mind Please choose carefully as we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges if you:

Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
