Shipping Method 

We offer FREE POSTAGE for a minimum purchase of RM75 using courier service (Citylink).  

Incoming order will be processed on a daily basis on business days (Monday to Friday).

For payment information received and verified before 11 am, parcel will be shipped out at the same day.

Please note the following details

→  Delivery fee for Lalamove shall be paid by the customer.
→  In the event of technical or resource issue, we receive the right to delay your order delivery without prior notice.
→  Shipping by Courier Service: Expected delivery period taken 2-7 working days (depend on location).
→  We reserve the right to change the shipment method according to the delivery location and weight of the goods.
→  If the parcel is being rejected/returned due to (a) undelivered/wrong address (b) wrong contact number (c) delivery has not been attended, purchaser will bear the additional shipping cost to resend the parcel.
