Online Purchase Terms and Conditions
Payment is made through our SSL secure server for trusted transactions. Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation email of your order placed. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions.
If payment is made via online transfer, please send us your proof of payment to avoid delays. Only once the funds have cleared into our account will the goods be dispatched.
We reserve the right to exclude shipping to certain areas and/or addresses.
We reserve the right to decline any order you place with us. We may, in our exclusive discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email/billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale due to pricing problems due to technical site problems or mistakes made on our Website. If this happens we will refund your payment immediately and advise you of the problem.
Promo Codes and Offers are made at our sole discretion and are subject to time validity, a valid Promo Code should be entered during the checkout process for a product to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase or after the expiration of the code will not be acknowledged.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund any payments we have received from you as soon as possible and within 7 working days.
All goods are dispatched in protective packaging to avoid damage to your parcel whilst in transit. We usually dispatch within 1 to 3 working days hours via courier service. Kindly contact our customer service for self-collection or other delivery method. Orders are dispatched to the address you have entered and cannot be changed once goods have been dispatched. After your order has been dispatched for delivery, a tracking number will be available on request.
All orders are subject to courier/delivery company norms. We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-3 working days from the date of the order, and/or confirmed payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
If a delivery cannot be accepted at the address provided, you will need to contact the courier company with your tracking number, and thereafter make arrangements to accept the order at a suitable time. We are not responsible for arranging missed deliveries. A tracking number is available on request and the customer will need to contact the courier company to re-schedule delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We test all products that we pack them well to resist damage and we dispatch them in good conditions, however if on arrival you find your goods to be faulty, you shall contact us within 7 days of receipt. Warranty
MY K-hair products come with 1-year warranty for hairdryers and flat irons from the date of shipment to the customer. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Promotional Events
We reserve the right to withdraw any coupon, promo code and offer at any time or under any circumstances. We reserve the right to fix eventual errors including, but not limited to, the pricing without being liable to you when fixed in a timely manner from being notified.
Social Media promotion and advertising, in which include synced pricing, might occur delays. We reserves all rights to overrule any prices in case of incorrectly displayed due, but not limited to, its synchronization delay.
You shall agree that we may send newsletters regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc. through email to the you.
User Content
